Forgive me, because I totally wanted to send you this recipe for Mother's Day, but life happened:/ But at least you can make it for this weekend because it is magical!!! My kids are obsessed with it and I make it any time I host a brunch for my besties or a holiday breakfast with the fam.
BREAKFAST BLUEBERRY CROISSANT BAKE RECIPE🥐

INGREDIENTS:
▪️10 small croissants diced into cubes {i buy the pre-made container from my local grocery store bakery}
▪️1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries {i prefer fresh}
▪️1 {8 ounce} package cream cheese, softened
▪️2/3 cup sugar
▪️2 eggs
▪️1 teaspoon vanilla
▪️1 cup milk
▪️Maple Syrup optional
DIRECTIONS:
▪️Preheat oven to 350 degrees and add croissant pieces in a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle those blueberries in.
▪️Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a medium bowl until well blended with an electric mixer. Slowly add milk, while mixing well in the process. Pour the mixture evenly over the croissant pieces. Let stand at least 20 minutes or soak overnight. I let mine soak overnight.
▪️Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until the center is golden brown. You may want to cover it with foil for the last 10 minutes if the top starts getting too browned.
▪️Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve warm. my kids do use a little maple syrup on top:)
