Running Circuit Workout

In celebration of my new program coming out...Let’s go running! I feel like people have very strong feelings about running - they usually either love it or hate it So make sure to run your own race - if you want to walk and speed walk, awesome. If you want to run and jog - great! Listen to your body and as long as you are outside enjoying the day, it is a win girlfriend!
