Peanut Butter Oat Balls

Make sure you SAVE the recipe because these balls are so dang addicting!!! Everyone in my entire house loves em’🍫


1 cup of old fashion gluten free rolled oats

1/2 cup organic creamy peanut butter or almond butter

1/4 cup organic honey

1/4 cup reduced fat unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup chia seed

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips {I use carob chips}


Mix all ingredients together

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll into 12-14 balls

Store in either refrigerator for short term or freezer for long term
