My goal this week is to be super focused and intentional about everything that I am doing! I am THAT person who gets distracted by any and everything! If its not on my list, its not getting done! Are you that way too?!?!
I LOVE WORKING HARD in my coaching business but I also LOVE a lot of FREE TIME and flexibility during the summer to do whatever I want since my kids are home️ and the ONLY way to have the best of both worlds is to be super intentional and productive in my daily routine.
So here is what I do:
1. Every Sunday night I set my intentions for the week personally and professionally. In my journal, I write down all my goals for the week that I want to accomplish.
2. THEN I break down the following day hour by hour, sometimes minutes by minutes if needed. This is called time-blocking I schedule everything from when I am going to wake up, workout, take breaks, have quality time with the family, start work, end work, etc. this helps me stay focused on the action at hand. I set timers per task to stay productive in those pockets of time.
3. Every night, I assess my days activities and if I adhered to my routine. This gives me the chance to make changes to the next days schedule and adjust accordingly to have a more productive joyful day as a wife, mom, and business owner.
