
5 years ago I took the picture on the left. And now here I am on the right doing the same exact thing.
My point is : there is no end date to being healthy and feeling your best💪
You will never lose weight and keep it off with a quick fix. you will never beat depression and anxiety with a quick fix. you will never have more energy with a quick fix. you will never be happier with a quick fix.
You catch what I am saying?!
I am doing exactly what I started doing 8 years ago, 5 years ago, and today to be healthy and stay healthy : workout, eat clean, and a whole lot of self-care✨
I didn’t become a holistic nutritionist or a trainer to help women find a quick fix to their problems because I know that won’t last. My mission is to empower women to find their balance in their so-called crazy lives to feel healthy and whole with the support of an incredible community of women🤸🏼♂️🤸🏼♂️🤸🏼♂️
So next time you feel discouraged about your progress, I want you to STOP AND CELEBRATE yourself🎉for working hard at changing your life and most importantly be patient with the process.
