I had to go to the gym to get a killer workout.

I had to workout for 60 minutes a day to get results.

And I couldn’t be more wrong.

I am in the best shape of my life NOW post 3 babies + in my 30s.

I workout from home.

I workout for 30 minutes a day.

I workout when its convenient for my family.
