Week 2 of the 22 Minute Challenge

So last week I told all of you that I would stay accountable to you for the entire 22 Minute 8 Week Challenge....the good, the bad, all of it! 

TODAY is Day 8 - WEEK 2 of my 22 Min Challenge 💪🏻

--> I lost 4.7lbs & 3.5" in Week 1

--> #Day8ofNoSweets - I have committed to giving up all sweets for the 8 weakness!

--> I have worked out every single day for 22 Minutes...haven't missed 1 workout. 

--> Stayed on track with all my meals...had a healthy cheat meal Sunday evening...some extra healthy fats aka goat cheese  & homemade sweet potato fries. 

Overall, I am VERY happy with my results from week 1. 

I am absolutely in LOVE with the 22 Minute Hard Corp. 

This program is perfect for anyone. Beginner or fitness expert. 

22 Minutes allows anyone to get healthy and fit in a short amount time each day... So to all my ladies out there who say they don't have time to workout…NOT TRUE‼️
