"No Guilt" Blondies

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas; rinsed & drained
1/2 cup all natural almond or peanut butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar
2 teaspoons vanilla 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder 
1/4 teaspoon baking soda 
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips plus 2 tablespoons 
Pink Himalayan or Sea Salt for sprinkling 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees & spray 8x8 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray. (I used coconut oil) 

In a food processor add in all of the ingredients except chocolate chips & process until smooth.

Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips. 

Spread evenly into prepared pan then sprinkle with the leftover 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean & edges are brown. 

Cool for 20 minutes in pan then sprinkle with Pink Himalayan or Sea Salt, cut into squares, & serve.
