Week 2 HammerTime Results

Today is Week 2 of HammerTime!!!

On January 4th, I began the Hammer & Chisel program in my Challenge group. I want to stay FULLY committed over the next 60 days so I have decided to SHARE my results with you every week, the GOOD & the BAD, flaws & all! 

I completed all the workouts in Week 1 & only had 1 cheat meal at my Coach Dinner:) 

Overall, I am extremely happy with my results in Week 1 especially with my self-control & discipline. 

H&C is definitely becoming my FAVORITE workout/nutritional program as it is a combination of both strength, cardio, & endurance. And the nutrition is truly a lifestyle! 

Not only did I lose some post-holiday food weight BUT I am less bloated & I have MORE energy!!!
