My Review & Results from the 3 Day Refresh

This past week I completed the 3 Day Refresh & I absolutely loved my results...especially since I put on a little "fluff" from vacation and the 4th of July!
The 3 Day Refresh is for anyone looking to lose a few pounds fast and/or to look and feel better in just 3 days. This program is for anyone that wants to kickstart their nutrition, break bad eating habits, get ready for a big event and look their best, or for just a routine “refresh” of their body.  I know for me personally, I like doing the refresh after I have had a recent food binge from vacation or a holiday! After completeing the refresh you will lost weight, decrease belly bloat, feel lighter, improve digestion, feel healthier, curb cravings, and increase energy. 
The meal plans consists of 3 vegan shakes a day, a fiber drink, lots of water, fresh fruit, veggies, and healthy fats so that you can maintain your energy while stripping out all animal by-products and processed foods.
Day 1: Lots of energy & belly bloat started to decrease. No workout on day 1.
Day 2: STARVING!!! All I wanted to do was eat eggs or protein...I did not workout on day 1, but I did on day 2 and all I could think about was food. I had lots of energy, abs became more defined, & lost 2lbs/2in.

Day 3: Feeling AWESOME! My waist & my body appeared more defined and less "fluffy". Did not workout on day 3. Lost 4lbs/4in.
Day 0 aka Day 4 - REFRESH COMPLETE - Feeling wonderful. Belly bloat has decreased tremendously, visible definition in my abs, lots of energy, and lost a total of 5lbs/4.5in.
 I would recommend the 3 Day Refresh to anyone that is looking to get their health back, gain more energy, and or lose some extra unwanted weight!
