Foodie Friday - Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake

I have a major sweet tooth and this chocolate cake does the trick for me if I am trying to stay on track...

Ingredients- 21 Day Fix approved too1 YELLOW ½ RED
·         1 egg
·         ¼ cup applesauce
·         2 tablespoons of oat flour
·         1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons of raw sugar or coconut pam sugar
·         1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cocoa
·         ¼ teaspoon baking powder
·         ⅛ teaspoon salt
·         ¼ teaspoon vanilla
·         1 teaspoon of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
·         1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1.    Spray a microwave safe mug or small dish with coconut oil cooking spray.
2.    Put all ingredients into the mug.
3.    Mix until completely smooth.
4.    Cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
5.    Top with peanut butter, almond butter, fruit, and or greek yogurt.
