21 DFX - My Results Day 7

All I can say is that I am LOVING, LOVING, & MORE LOVING the 21 Day Fix Extreme Program.
 #1 The workouts are incredible...The workouts are nonstop and every time I push PLAY, the workouts push me and make me work even harder than the day before. I could barely walk the first 4 days of starting the program. My legs have been on fire, in a good type of way:) And I am seeing results in 7 DAYS! Best part, the workouts you can do them at home and they are only 30 minutes.
NO EXCUSE NOW not to workout!
#2 The nutrition plan is on point. I have been a weight watcher member for years, counted my calories, and macro calculated all of my meals...and this nutrition program is by far my favorite. ANYONE can follow this plan. It takes out all of the guessing in what I am suppose to be eating. Plus it is on point with your ratios of eating protein to carbs to fats. This truly is not a diet but a LIFESTYLE. If everyone could follow this nutrition guide paired with my meal plans and the workouts, they would have instant results. It just takes the decision to commit to succeed!
