Foodie - Asian Turkey - Great for Meal Prep

Meal prep is essential when you are trying to eat clean paired with a busy life!
I love this recipe to make on a Sunday and have for the week. You can add with brown rice and veggies, use for tacos for the kids, or even use on lettuce wraps for yourself.
Simple. Clean. Healthy

Asian Ground Turkey Recipe for salads or lettuce wraps
1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1/2c sliced green onions
1 garlic clove minced
1/2c. onion
½c shredded carrots
1 Tbsp. Tamari or coconut aminos
1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Brown turkey, drain. Add onions and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in carrots, tamari, and vinegar. Cook until liquid has evaporated. Stir in cilantro and then serve.
