Wellness Wednesday - Drink that Shot!

I absolutely LOVE apple cider vinegar! There are so many different ways that you can use it but my favorite way is to be used for your health. 

Some benefits of drinking Apple Cider Vinegar are:

1. Facilitates weight loss - suppresses appetite and increases metabolism
2. Improves mood
3. Helps alleviate stomach aches and pains, kills bacteria and helps with muscle spasms
4. Helps sore throat by killing bacteria
5. Studies show it can lower cholesterol
6. Prevents indigestion
7. Kills bacteria in sinus infections and the common cold
8. Balances your PH levels in your body to be more alkaline than acidic
9. Rids toxins in your body
I drink ACV every morning!  Do not drink ACV by itself, you must dilute it!!! See my favorite recipes below.
Here are two ways that I drink my ACV every morning....Cayenne pepper and cinnamon are  amazing spices for your metabolism and helps facilitate fat loss.  I love fresh organic pineapple juice too because it has anti-inflammatory properties, aids in digestion, helps with kidney health and is packed with vitamins and antioxidants. With lots of B Vitamins, pineapple is a natural energy booster too! And raw local honey can help with season allergies.
Spicy Meta-D Shot
1 tbsp. of raw unfiltered organic Apple cider vinegar
-6 oz. of water
-2 oz. organic apple juice or lemon juice (I prefer lemon because of detox properties)
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-Small sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Mix, Stir, and Drink! 
Honey Pineapple Shot:
1/2 tbsp. raw local honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 oz all natural pineapple juice
juice of 1/4 lime
