Gail's Story

In Gail's words, "I am a 50 year old who refuses to get old!!! This 21 day challenge has taught me so much. I have learned how to eat clean, make healthy choices, exercise and not to set limits for myself. I have learned that I can do whatever I set my mind to and that I do have willpower. I have learned that I can create new healthy habits and can be an inspiration to my family. I benefitted physically and mentally. I have lost about 8 pounds, but have gained a more defined body, strength, lower blood pressure, less stress, and confidence in myself. I wish I would have done this a long time ago!!! . I loved all the information that was made available to me through my coach Ali Tessitore. I loved the support I received from her. I loved the online forum to communicate, encourage, and be encouraged by others in the challenge. I love how easy this program is to follow. I love how it pushed me past the limits I had set for myself. I love Shakeology and I love the results I am seeing. I also love that I am able to encourage my family to eat healthy and exercise. I'm sure I've left something out- but I couldn't be more pleased".
Gail, I am so excited about your health transformation and the continued changes I am seeing in you physically and mentally! You have such a natural ability to uplift and encourage the other women in our group and I love that about you. Your dedication to getting healthy is not only changing your life but it is changing your family's too!

Wendy's Story

Wendy said that, "Before the 21 day fix I really didn't pay too much attention to my health. I did try to eat healthy but realized it wasn't about what I was eating but how much of it. I felt lazy and didn't ever want to exercise. To be honest I'm still not a fan of it but I do it because my body needs it. I tell myself 'it's only 30 minutes of my day! Then it's done!' Having the group was a big help. It motivated me. I learned a lot from them.Ali was an amazing coach!! She was so supportive and helpful. She genuinely cares about our health and overall well being. She has been the biggest and best cheerleader for this group. I can tell she has done (and continues to do) lots of research on ways to improve our health. She is smart, loving and caring. Which makes her the best".
Oh, Wendy, I just love you! And I just want to say that you were one of my challengers that came into the challenge group not liking to workout and not really having follow through in your past workout programs...But GIRL did you SUCCEED! You committed to this challenge and you worked out for 21 DAYS IN A ROW and you have ABS to show it! I am so proud of you and can't wait to see your continued results! LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE BRIGHT GIRL!

Dana's Story

Married for 24 years, mother to 2 children, 21 and 18, full-time employee, and avid marathon runner.
 
"I just turned 50. I am active. I run an average of 40 miles per week, spin 5 times weekly and strength train one day. The workouts have given me more tone and that's what I wanted. I needed motivation to try something different. The nutrition plan has helped me lean out a little in the areas that bother me most.  Even as active as I am without the nutrition guidance I always struggle to maintain my weight and I feel like I needed to lose 5 pounds because I wasn't tone in certain areas.  Loved your videos, recipes, accountability, working towards goals as a team. Meal prep helps immensely. I love the concept of lifestyle and being the best you inside and out. That concept drives success.  I loved the daily contact especially the videos and the assignments. Encouragement and motivation and most importantly your passion".
Dana, Dana, you are one of a kind and I cannot even tell you how HAPPY I am that you joined my challenge group! I have never met anyone so committed to exercising and you can tell that you are by how amazing you look! You had so many life events from your BIRTHDAY, work travel, mini weekend trips, and your anniversary and you still find a balance to eating clean and workout. You are living out the LIFESTYLE.  Excited to see your continued results and see those abs!

Barbara's Story

 Married to her best friend for 22 years, mother of two wonderful boys in HS, a Registered Nurse for 25 years, and a cancer survivor.
 
"This challenge group reminded me I am not alone on this journey. The support of the group is priceless. Learning portion control, meal prep has helped in so many was. The extra energy from the shakeology and exercise daily was noticeable. I can't wait to continue as I don't want it to end. I enjoyed the accountability the group provided to help keep me on track; as I believe I would have slacked a great deal more had it not been for the daily check ins!! The motivation, support from each of the members. The recipe exchange was AWESOME. An extremely positive experience. I don't want it to end!!! Your coaching was "Imperfectly balanced". I wouldn't change a thing!! I enjoyed the daily challenges, water, pictures of ShakeO and meals".
BARBARA! You are superwomen with doing our challenge group workouts and Orange Theory! You are kicking major butt and I am so incredibly proud of you. Each week you had constant successes and you never once got off track! You were by far the best picture motivator poster in our group, you constantly had inspirational posts on the board to help the women keep going. We are in the long haul together and I am incredibly proud of your hard work and commitment to this group!

Kira's Story

Wife, full-time hospital Social Worker, and grad school student
 
"I have been struggling with my weight for a long time now. I never had an issue till I hit around 24-25 years old. Things just started to pile up and being that I never had the issue before I was not sure how to truly go about removing all the weight I kept gaining. This 21 day program made it easy for me to see that I can lose weight, not be stuck in a gym, and have fun doing it. So far I have lost 5lbs and 7 1/2 inches. Being able to complete it with other women struggling with weight just like me. Sometimes you feel alone and seeing other people complete the task with me made it more motivating. I think Ali is a wonderful coach. She kept on top of me and was really inspiring through it all. She made sure to engage each person on an individual level and as a whole group. Loved it and I am going for round 2".
Kira, your dedication to this group was astounding. Working full-time, grad school papers, and preparing for your wedding and you still managed to workout and eat clean! Your before and after pictures, were incredible...looked like a completely different body and I cannot wait to compare your November 3rd picture to your December 22nd picture. So proud of you girl!
