Motivational Monday - 3 Mom's & their Success Stories & VIDEOS

Most mom's use the excuse that they do not have time to workout, but that is just an EXCUSE! These 3 mom's had plenty of excuses not to workout and eat clean, but they did it anyways! All 3 of the seMom's have two kids with 1 of them being 2-6 months old. And they ROCKED this challenge. They had amazing results and learned how to get healthy from the inside-out over the course of my 21 Day Challenge group! The best part is, they are continuing their transformation in my December challenge group!

Brittany's Story
Some of you have already read about her successes but here is her story!
Brittany is a wife and a mother to two children, 3 and 6 months.   
Brittany said that this challenge group has, " Helped me realize how important healthy nutrition and exercise are to daily life. I feel so much healthier and energized. I used to eat nothing but carbs. My digestion was terrible, I was sluggish and bloated and I gained weight constantly. Now, I can't wait to get up in the morning and make good choices. It's helped my family to make better choices in their meals as well and we are more active together. Win, win,  win!". Ali, You were amazing! you provided so much information! great recipes! tips! the list goes on and on! This is definitely your calling. I think everything you gave to us was exactly what we needed. You weren't hounding us, you treated us like adults, but also gave us enough instruction and motivation to keep us in check"!
I am so proud of you Brittany because I know how hard it is to work out when it hasn't been a habit in your life and then to find the time when you have little ones running around your house! Brittany your transformation has been amazing to watch and I am so honored to be on this journey with you and I can't wait to see your results on December 22nd!!!
Chelsy's Story
LOST 7.1 lbs & 7.5 inches
Wife, daughter, and mother to two girls, 4 years old and 4 months and a speech language pathologist.

"The challenge group gave me so much more than I would have ever expected! It gave me motivation to stick to a program and eating plan consistently. It gave me accountability and fellowship with other women. It gave me a deeper knowledge and understanding of nutrition. It gave me a change in my workout routine, which made it more enjoyable. It gave me happiness, as it decreased anxiety and forced me to make time for myself. It gave me a healthier body on the inside, as I feel great! It also gave me a better body on the outside. I have never been able to lose weight this fast, and I am one who has always eaten healthy and worked out. What I thought would take a year to lose practically came off in three weeks!!! I was definitely one who was hesitant to join the group, as I felt like I already had an eating plan and workout plan in place. However I am so glad I took the leap of faith, as it was one of the best decisions I’ve made...a decision n I wish I could get all of my friends and family to make! Ali, you were amazing! You went above and beyond to support and guide all of us!!! If there was a coach of the year award, it would definitely go to you… You were filled with resources, you answered every question and post instantly, you encouraged and made each woman feel valued in the group, you unified the group, and you gave more than enough tools to be successful in this program"!
Chelsy...I was so excited when you signed up to be apart of my challenge group! I knew you were already health conscious and this would take you to the next level. My favorite part of your journey is that your entire family was apart of the challenge, even your husband changed his nutrition and even went grocery shopping for you:) I can't wait to see your results from the December challenge! I am so proud of you and your commitment to get healthy.

Lost 4.9 lbs & 7 inches
Wife, mother of 2, a 3 1/2 year old and a 3 month old, and stay-at-home/hairstylist! 
"I use to like eating healthy and working out somewhat but after a year of bad eating habits I just could not get on the health wagon again till this challenge. Now I feel like even in my 'off' week I want to do well! Ali you are unbelievable and you will be so successful because you are so dedicated and driven!!!!! You're a perfect coach :)". 
Michelle, I am so incredibly proud of you. Not only were you doing crossfit 3 times a week but you were also doing my challenge group! You had plenty of excuses not to work out, sick babies, you got sick, but you stuck to the program and it paid off! I know you are going to have continued success and I know we are going to get you to your next goal!
