Foodies - Best HomeMade Clean Salsa Recipe

For anyone that knows me, I LOVE Mexican food...tacos, guacamole, chips and dip, salsa...you name it I will eat it! But I have learned, well my hubby has learned, to make amazing clean and healthy Mexican food that tastes better than any restaurant! Here is one of my favorite salsa recipes! ENJOY:)

 My Hubby’s Red and Green Salsa

Ingredients
Three green tomatillos
A bunch of scallions
A quarter of a white onion
Half red onion
Two green jalapeƱos
Five garlic cloves
One can of organic diced tomatoes fire roasted
1 Green poblano pepper
One Shallot
Handful of cilantro
Juice of 2 lime
1 tbsp Organic beef bouillon
1tsp Cumin
Salt pepper to taste

1. Bake scallions, poblano, jalapenos, garlic, and onions in the oven at 400° for 15 minutes

2. In the food processor blend the can of diced fire roasted tomatoes
3. Once blended put in the roasted vegetables, Cut off the stems of the jalapenos and peppers, pull off the skin on the garlic. And add 1 tablespoon a bouillon.
4. Blend completely in the food processor put in a bowl and squeeze two limes, add 1 teaspoon of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
