Foodie - Honey Siracha Chicken

This recipe is a new fav of mine...healthy, clean, and delicious! I just made it this past weekend and then made it again today so I would have it for the week for my meal prep!

See the recipe below in the picture...There are a few things I took out and added.

Used all white meat, 6 chicken breasts
Replaced soy sauce with Tamari sauce
Replaced white vinegar with apple cider vinegar
Replaced vegetable oil with coconut oil and or olive oil

As for the toppings I did all the same.
I also made organic brown rice and broccoli to go with the chicken. The remainder of the sauce I saved to pour over my chicken, broccoli, and rice bowl then topped with the toppings per recipe.

You can either grill or bake and I did both, but I actually prefer bake method so I could save the marinade.

Cook at 350 for 15-30 minutes depending on the size of chicken...mine were small 3 ounce pieces so only took about 15 minutes.
