Tone & Tighten Tuesday - Workout Time

Yep, its time to workout at home today...Well, unless you want to go to the gym! My workouts consist of working out at the gym, home, boot camp with friends, or trying out new classes like crossfit.  For almost a year now, I have been working out with a few friends at the park three times a week which I love! It has given me adult social time while getting into shape. Usually I will just create our workouts and then print them out in a word document and keep them in a cute little binder.  But I found this amazing app that allows me to plug my workouts in and save them...even share with friends if they have the app. The app even talks! You can customize your workout and then when you hit play a women's voice says each exercise for you and even counts down until the next exercise and rest period! I JUST LOVE IT! It allows my workouts to flow much easier since I don't have to keep looking down at my paper to see what's next!

So the first thing I want you to do is download the seconds pro app onto your phone.

Below are pictures of workouts that I created on my app. So now what you can do is pick out one of the exercises or all of them and complete them at home today! On most of these exercises you can use hand weights 5-15lbs, whatever your preference is.

Exercise 1 - Total Body HIIT
Number of sets 2-3
Perform each exercise for 1 minute
Rest in between 5 seconds
Rest after each set 60 seconds
(you can plug all of this in on the app)

1. Reverse Lunge
2. Tricep Push up
3. Standing front lunge
4. Plank hip dip
5. Squat jump

Exercise 2 - The Quickie
Number of sets 1-2
Perform each exercise for what I have in the picture below
Rest in between 5 seconds
Rest after each set 60 seconds 

1. Jumping jacks
2. Push ups
3. Sit ups
4. Squats
5. Right lunge
6. Left lunge
7. Wall sit

Exercise 2 - Abs
Number of sets 2-3
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds
Rest in between 5 seconds
Rest after each set 60 seconds
1. Plank butt kick
2. Plank hip dips
3. Butterfly
4. Crunches
5. Right side bicycle
6. Left side bicycle

So you have no excuse not to complete one or all of these exercises...I provided both the workouts and tool to help you!!!
