Tone & Tighten Tuesday - Ultimate Ab Workout

It is time for the ultimate ab workout! Either pair this with your workout for the day or with 20-30 minutes of cardio. I used the seconds pro app for this workout as well.
Perform 2-3 sets of, make sure to set the rest time for 10 seconds in between each exercise and 1 minute rest in between each set.
